對於使用山東（dōng）超聲波清洗機時，正確的預清洗和器（qì）械的放置對於有（yǒu）用的清洗是非常重要的。

對於手工清洗，應遵循以下步驟：

For manual cleaning, the following steps should be followed:

（1）鬆開螺絲和螺帽，或在清洗前（qián）根據廠（chǎng）商使用說明拆（chāi）卸器（qì）械。

(1) Loosen the screws and nuts, or disassemble the instrument according to the manufacturer's instructions before cleaning.

（2）應使用冷（lěng）水衝洗汙染的器械（xiè），去除（chú）汙染物（wù），預（yù）防蛋白質凝固在（zài）器械上。

(2) The contaminated equipment should be washed with cold water to remove contaminants and prevent protein from solidifying on the device.

（3）手工清洗時，遵循廠商（shāng）使用說明仔細地清洗。所有管腔都應仔細地刷洗和衝洗。未正確清洗的器械會影響空化過程。

(3) When cleaning by hand, follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. All lumens should be carefully scrubbed and rinsed. Equipment that is not properly cleaned can affect the cavitation process.

（4） 衝洗並檢查器械表麵是否有殘留汙染物。

(4) Rinse and inspect the surface of the instrument for residual contaminants.

清洗後的器械進行超聲清洗裝載時，應遵循以下步驟：

The following steps should be followed when ultrasonic cleaning and loading the cleaned instruments:

（1）在經批準的金屬網托盤內（nèi）放入手工清洗過的器械。將不同的金屬分隔（一些金屬的混合會引起離子轉移，導致點蝕和（hé）表麵蝕（shí）刻）。

(1) Place hand cleaned instruments in an approved wire mesh tray. Some metal ions will separate and cause pitting.

（2）將鉸鏈式的器械處於完全開啟的（de）狀態。

(2) Put the hinged instrument in the fully open state.

（3）套管類/管腔器械應準備（bèi）好（完（wán）全充滿溶（róng）液（yè）），放置在水平位置。

(3) The cannula / lumen instruments should be ready (completely filled with solution) and placed in a horizontal position.

（4）避免在網格托盤中使器械過於（yú）擁擠（溶液流通需要足夠的空間）。

(4) Avoid overcrowding the device in the grid tray (enough space is needed for solution circulation).

（5）將裝載好的器械托盤放入超聲清洗機。注意:托盤不應堆（duī）放。

(5) Put the tray into the ultrasonic cleaning machine. Note: pallets should not be stacked.

（6）按照廠商使用說明核對器械正（zhèng）確的周期時（shí）間。

(6) Check the correct cycle time of the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.

（7）衝洗並檢查器械。

(7) Rinse and inspect the instrument.

如果超聲清洗槽沒（méi）有自動漂洗循環，則取出器械托盤，並用處理水漂洗器械。漂洗對去除沉積（jī）的顆粒和殘留的清洗劑（jì）是很重要的。

If the ultrasonic tank does not have an automatic rinse cycle, remove the instrument tray and rinse the instrument with treated water. Rinsing is important to remove deposited particles and residual cleaning agents.

注意：所有的器械（xiè）都要先漂洗幹淨，然後（hòu）再放入清（qīng）洗消毒（dú）器。

Note: all instruments should be rinsed and then put into the cleaning sterilizer.
