超聲(shēng)波清洗(xǐ)機的電路形式及使用注(zhù)意事項

超聲波清洗機的清洗效果好,操作簡單,人們所聽到的聲音是頻率20-20000Hz的信(xìn)號,高於20000Hz的(de)聲(shēng)波稱之(zhī)為超聲波清洗機,聲波的傳遞依照正弦(xián)曲線縱向傳(chuán)播,產生(shēng)大量小(xiǎo)氣泡 。一個原因(yīn)是液體內局部出(chū)現拉應力而(ér)形成(chéng)負壓,壓強的降低使原來溶於液體的氣體過飽和(hé),而從液體逸出,成為小氣泡,另一原因是強大的拉應力把液體“撕開(kāi)”成一空洞,稱為空化。
