The pressure mainly refers to observing the pressure gauge, observing whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment.

At the same time, there may also be false water shortage and pump group shaking. Another reason is the insufficient and unstable regional water supply pressure, which affects water supply.
2,動(dòng)力端主要是檢查高(gāo)壓清洗泵的轉速、主(zhǔ)軸承、曲軸軸承、油冷器(qì)的溫度、高壓泵潤滑油的油量、質量(liàng)(是否按要求更(gèng)換),密封墊,設備的振幅等。

3,液力端主要檢(jiǎn)查(chá)進排液閥、調壓閥、閥芯閥座等(děng)。進排(pái)液閥如果關閉不嚴或者調壓密(mì)封出現(xiàn)故障會造成(chéng)供水內漏,流量減小,壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關閉不嚴也會(huì)造(zào)成溢流(liú)口泄水,壓力下降。
3. The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valves, pressure regulating valves, valve core valve seats, etc. If the inlet and outlet valves are not tightly closed or if the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause internal leakage in the water supply, decrease the flow rate, and decrease the pressure. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not tightly closed, it can also cause water leakage at the overflow port and a decrease in pressure.
柱塞和密封出現(xiàn)問題也會影響高(gāo)壓清洗機設(shè)備的(de)使用,如果柱塞表(biǎo)麵不平整(zhěng)或者柱塞(sāi)表麵(miàn)長時間發熱會造(zào)成密封溫度過高使柱塞和密封間隙過大出現漏水(shuǐ)現象。
